When couples first find out they are expecting twins or higher order multiples (HOM), their initial feelings can be overwhelming. Concerns about how they will manage, money worries, and general anxiety over housing and space can occupy their minds. It can really help them to know they are not alone and that many other couples have, and are, experiencing the same rollercoaster of emotions.

What will you learn during the expectant night?

NBMC cordially invites any mum or dad to be, or families that are expecting twins triplets or more, to join us and learn about what to expect as a future parent of multiples. This is an informal presentation run by our volunteers who have been there before you, allowing you the opportunity to hear about what is a multiple birth club, how is life with multiple babies and ask all your questions to other parents of multiples.

Expectant nights will give you a great summary of all you need to know pre birth such as car seats, hospital tour and prams as well as key information after you gave birth, from recovery, must have accessories, sleep, breast feeding and where to get the most affordable nappies.

How to attend an expectant night?

You don't need to be a member to attend but we will tell you more about the Northern Beaches Multiple Club and our member's benefits so you can choose if it's for you or not.

If you want to attend, fill the form here to let us know. We will share with you the next virtual and IRL meeting dates.
